About the Council/Vacancies
Great Gonerby Parish Council is made up of 11 elected members representing the two Great Gonerby Electoral Wards. The 11 members, including a Chairman and Vice-Chair, are all volunteers who work for the benefit of the community, and all are local residents. The Parish Council is fully accountable and subject to an annual detailed audit.
A Parish Clerk is employed part-time.
Meetings of Great Gonerby Parish Council are normally held on the first Monday of every month, except in August and December.
The meetings are held at the Memorial Hall in Belton Lane, Great Gonerby commencing at 7:15pm. Residents may attend meetings and can speak briefly on parish matters at the commencement of the meeting in Parishioners Items.
