You are hereby summoned to attend an Events Committee Meeting of Great Gonerby Parish Council, to be held in The Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, NG31 8NB on Monday 11th May 2026, commencing at 8pm.
Prior to the commencement of the Meeting there will be a public forum for up to 10 minutes, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Committee. Members of the public may not speak during the formal meeting unless invited to do so.
