Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend an Annual Parish Meeting of Great Gonerby Parish Council, to be held in the main hall at The Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, NG31 8NB on Wednesday 13th May 2026 commencing at 7.15pm followed by the Parish Council Meeting including the Open Forum.
Public Participation
The meeting is open to the public and the press.
All residents of the parish and representatives of local organisations are welcome to speak on matters of interest to the parish.
Public participation will take place during an Open Forum at the conclusion of the meeting, following the presentation of reports, for up to 30 minutes, at the discretion of the Chair.
