Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend an Annual Parish Meeting of Great Gonerby Parish Council, to be held in The Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, NG31 8NB on Wednesday 14 May 2025, commencing at 7.15pm followed by the Parish Council Meeting including the Open Forum.
In accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the public and press may attend the meeting and speak during the Open Forum at the Annual Parish Council meeting from 7.15pm for 30 minutes.
All members of the public are welcome however should note that they will not be allowed to speak during the formal meeting.
