November 2025 Agenda
Dear Councillors,
You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 3rd November 2025 at 7.15pm at the Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, for the purposes of considering & resolving upon business to be transacted as set out in this Agenda.
Prior to the commencement of the Meeting there will be a public forum for 30 minutes, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. This will be followed by Reports from Ward and/or County Councillors in attendance. Members of the public may not speak during the formal meeting unless invited to do so.
The Clerk may record the Agenda of the Parish Council Meeting for the purpose of preparation of the Minutes. Recordings will be deleted once Minutes are drafted.

4. MINUTES
Motion: To Resolve to approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 6th October 2025 and for the Chair to sign the approved Minutes. Appendix 1
5. PLANNING
a) To discuss Belton Lane/A607 junction in view of application S25/1799 Appendix 2
b) To consider the latest Draft Neighbourhood Plan updates published on the Parish Council website and next steps in relation to the Plan.
6. DOG WASTE BAGS AND DISPENSERS
To consider an offer from a resident to fund dog waste bag dispensers. Appendix 3
7. HIGHWAYS
To discuss traffic and parking issues in the village following a meeting with County Councillor Bamford in October. Appendix 4
8. BUDGET
To consider & Resolve a budget & precept for 2026/2027 based on the Draft Budget for that period. Appendix 5
9. FINANCE
a) Receipts and Payments:
To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income for October 2025.
b) To note bank balance as of 1st November 2025 & bank reconciliation figures.

a) To receive updates on environmental matters, including the gift of land on Church Lane.
