You are hereby summoned to attend an Annual Parish Council Meeting of Great Gonerby Parish Council, to be held in The Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, NG31 8NB on Wednesday 13th May 2026, commencing at 7.45pm.
In accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act +1960, members of the public and press may attend the meeting.
All members of the public are welcome however should note that they will not be allowed to speak during the formal Parish Council meeting.

9. Project Updates
a) Environment – To discuss the option of introducing a monthly parish e newsletter as a means of improving resident communication. Cllr G. Beckett
b) Hanging Baskets / Planters – Cllr K. Davey
– To consider quotations (if received) for the removal and/or replacement of hanging basket/planter brackets
– To note that, should the council resolve to remove brackets and make good the fabric of the building, the council will assume ongoing liability for the structure with no prescribed time limit
c) LED Street Lighting
– To receive an update on the operation of the new LED lights and confirm that the associated contract is in place
d) Clock Maintenance
– To consider renewal of the clock service agreement with Time Assured and receive a verbal update from Cllr Jeff [surname]
e) Quotations for Works
– To consider quotations received for:
i) Concrete bases for benches
ii) Electrical box works
iii) Edge cutting at Hilltop Cemetery
f) Tree Donation – High Street
– To consider and discuss the offer of a donated tree, including siting and future maintenance responsibilities
g) Neighbourhood Plan – Cllr M. Davis
– To review and, if appropriate, adopt the latest version
