Dear Councillors,

You are hereby summoned to attenda EOM Meeting of the Parish Council on Tuesday 16th of June 2026 at 7.15pm at the Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, for the purposes of considering & resolving upon business to be transacted as set out in this Agenda.

Prior to the commencement of the Meeting there will be a public forum for up to 15 minutes, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. Members of the public may not speak during the formal meeting unless invited to do so.

Public Participation (up to 15 minutes) - Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence. The Council will not enter into debate during this session.
 
1. Election of Chair of the Meeting - To elect a Chair to preside over the meeting in the absence of the Chair of the Council.

2. Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies.

3. Declarations of Interest and Requests for Dispensation - Councillors are reminded to declare any pecuniary or personal interests in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.

4. Co-Option – To consider applications for co-option and resolve to fill vacancies where the statutory notice period has expired and no election has been called.

i.Whether to continue as a committee or revert to Full Council decision-making
ii.Membership and Chair (if retained)
