You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 2nd of March 2026 at 7.15pm at the Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, for the purposes of considering & resolving upon business to be transacted as set out in this Agenda. 
Prior to the commencement of the Meeting there will be a public forum for up to 30 minutes, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. Members of the public may not speak during the formal meeting unless invited to do so.

a) Planning Committee Structure: Discuss and resolve whether the Planning Committee should continue as a formal committee or transition into a working group.  
b) Receive a report from the Neighbourhood Plan/Planning Committee following their meeting with Marrons regarding ongoing planning comments.
c) Introduction to developer in relation to ongoing possible village developments.
