Dear Councillors,
You are hereby summoned to attend a EOM Meeting of the Parish Council on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 7.15pm at the Memorial Hall, Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, for the purposes of considering & resolving upon business to be transacted as set out in this Agenda.
Prior to the commencement of the Meeting there will be a public forum for up to 15 minutes, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. Members of the public may not speak during the formal meeting unless invited to do so.

To receive and accept apologies.
3. Declarations of Interest and Requests for Dispensation - Councillors are reminded to declare any pecuniary or personal interests in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.
4. Resolution to Exclude the Press and Public - To consider and resolve that, under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the press and public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting due to the confidential and commercially sensitive nature of the business to be discussed.
5. Confidential Item: Governance of a Parish Asset - To receive and consider a confidential report relating to governance and matters concerning a parish-owned asset.
